Juan-Pablo Mariscal (JP) launched his real estate career when he was still in college, developing his first apartment project at age 24. Today he is President and CEO of Mar Group, a real estate investment firm in San Diego, California which he founded in 1994. His broad range of experience covers the full spectrum of commercial real estate investments, with a focus on land, NNN, and innovation in multi-family properties, both in the United States and Mexico.
Mr. Mariscal earned his degree in International Business Administration from USIU. The guiding principle of his company, Mar Group, is to create value by improving the communities it serves. That driving force led Mr. Mariscal to develop GhouseTM, a proprietary concept for creating communities that are green, gadget-friendly, and have a garden component.
